 PBI( Polybenzimidazole)

Characteristics:

  • Continuous service temperature of 345°C
  • Low coefficient of thermal expansion
  • Electrical insulation properties
  • Excellent sliding characteristics
  • Plasma resistant
  • Solvent resistant
  • Low flammability
PBI (SCM7000)
Pure raw material, often used on the Panel process vacuum equipment, insulation.

 

PBI (SCM7000HP)
High purity, Low outgasing, commonly used in semiconductor devices.

 

PBI ESD (SCM7500)
PBI of antistatic material, TYPE A resistance 10^4Ω ~10^8Ω; TYPE B resistance 10^5Ω ~10^6Ω.

 

PBI-added (SCM7600)
Provide added glass fiber, carbon fiber reinforced, lubricating and reducing friction to improve wear resistance performance added.

PLAVIS PI (Polyimide) 

Characteristics:
 
  • Continuous service temperature of 300°C
  • Heat deflection temperature of 360°C
  • Good wear-resistant
  • Excellent creep resistance
  • Low Out-gassing
  • Resist UV & EUV
  • Clean properties

PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) 

  • Characteristics:
1. Commonly used temperature 240 ° c ~260 ° c.
2. Resistance to fatigue.
3. Of low precipitation.
4. High wear resistance (PEEK-HPV, and PEEK-CA30, and PEEK-PVX, CK4600).
5. Low flammability.
6. Radiation resistance.
 
PEEK
PEEK provides high rigidity and impact resistance, suitable for use in the medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
 
PEEK (HPV/PVX/CK4600) (adding carbon fiber, graphite, PTFE)
Add carbon fiber, graphite and PTFE which has superior abrasion resistance and high PV values. Very suitable for use in sliding parts group.
 
PEEK-GF30 (glass fiber)
Added 30 of the glass fiber, has a high hardness and high creep resistance, also had higher thermal stability.
 
PEEK-CF30 (added carbon fiber)
Add 30% carbon fiber makes it higher to PEEK-GF30 of hardness, mechanical strength and creep resistance.

PAI (Polyamideimide)

Characteristics:
 
  1. Continuous service temperature of 250°C
  2. Excellent dimensional stability, good resistance to creep
  3. Excellent wear and abrasion properties
  4. Resist UV & EUV
  5. Resist radiation
  6. Thermal oxidative resistance

PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide)

Characteristics: 
  1. Continuous service temperature of 250°C, short term use to 260℃
  2. Good resistance to creep.
  3. Excellent chemical resistance
  4. Excellent dimensional stability
  5. Dielectric properties
  6. Thermal oxidative resistance
  7. Resist radiation (r ray and X ray)

ULTEM PEI (Polyetherimide)

Characteristics:
 
  1. Continuous service temperature( PPSU – 190°C, PEI – 170℃, PSU – 150℃)
  2. Good resistance to creep.
  3. Unaffected by continuous exposure to hot water or steam
  4. Reusable medical devices,
  5. Dielectric properties
  6. Resist radiation

PTFE(Polyterafluorethylene)

Characteristics:
 
  1. Continuous service temperature of 260°C
  2. Excellent chemical resistance and unaffected
  3. Excellent wear and abrasion properties
  4. Low friction properties
  5. Excellent dimensional stability
  6. Dielectric properties
  7. Resist UV & EUV
  8. Thermal oxidative resistance

PVDF (Poly vinylidiene fluoride)

Characteristics:
 
  1. Continuous service temperature of 150°C
  2. Good resistance to creep.
  3. Excellent chemical resistance
  4. Low Out- gassing
  5. Wear characteristics and maintains low frictional properties.
  6. Resist UV & Gamma radiation
  7. Low water absorption
  8. Thermal oxidative resistance
  9. Resist Radiation

UPE (UHMW-PE)(Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

Characteristics:
 
  1. At low temperatures is still good impact strength and light
  2. Dielectric properties
  3. Excellent chemical resistance
  4. Low frictional properties.
  5. Serve FDA regulated applications
  6. Continuous service temperature of 80°C
